Personal data that we process
Hope4Ukraine processes personal data because you use our services and/or because you provide it to us yourself. Below you will find an overview of the personal data we process:

Special and/or sensitive personal data that we process
Our website and/or service does not intend to collect data from website visitors under the age of 16. Unless they have permission from a parent or guardian. Hope4Ukraine processes your personal data for the following purposes:

  • Sending newsletters and/or advertising brochures
  • To be able to call or e-mail you if this is necessary to perform our services

  • To make arrangements with you
  • Hope4Ukraine also processes personal data if we are legally obliged to do so, such as data that we need for our tax return. Invoice and quotation administration.

To ensure that the request for access by you has been done, we ask you to enclose a copy of proof of identity with the request. In this copy, make your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and citizen service number (BSN) black. This is to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as quickly as possible, but within four weeks. Hope4Ukraine would also like to point out that you have the option of submitting a complaint to the national supervisory authority, the Dutch Data Protection Authority.

Hope4Ukraine takes the protection of your data seriously and takes appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorized modification. What is Hope4Ukraine?

We are an PBO Foundation that:

  • organizes shipments of aid transports to Ukraine;
  • organizes recovery trips for volunteers to Ukraine;
  • provides food to the villages along the front line.

We are a Christian foundation with the Word of God as the basis for our policy and activities. We are focused on bringing recovery to Ukraine.

We believe in rebuild the country of Ukraine and we want to actively work for it. We contribute to rebuild through our main activities, which consist of: rebuild trips, aid transports and spiritual recovery.
